Moving a long established business from one side of Norwich to the other doesn't come without its problems, but the benefits of a contemporary open plan environment are the future for ip21 Ltd.

Sharing Lakeside 300 with other companies, ip21 are located on their own floor which is accessed from a shared lobby via a lift to their own entrance area with strong illuminated graphics which leave the visitor in no doubt where they are.

Coming from many individual offices to open plan is always "interesting" for all involved. However ip21 have managed the transition with ease. A high level of cellular space was still required and this is achieved by glass fronted offices around an open shared space. Privacy is achieved by a high level of manifestation film which incorporates the exciting new brand.

Their bold corporate colours are used sparingly in not only decorations but also floor detailing and selected items of furniture throughout the suite. Bluespace were responsible for all project management including alterations to the power/data infrastructure, furniture relocation and supply of new office furniture.

A challenge for Bluespace was to make use of elements of the existing furniture / infra structure to suit the new occupant. A boardroom table with extensive AV integration was removed from site and altered in the Bluespace workshop to provide a unique workstation in the Chairman's office.
