Bluespace provided a design and build solution to create a contemporary environment for the Resource Centre and also a new Advice and Guidance centre with open plan offices, friendly reception areas and offering personal meeting space.

An enormous challenge for our team was to complete the intensive refurbishment of both areas within a 6 week period. This required multiple contractors working in both locations operating simultaneously under the supervision of a dedicated project manager and site foreman.

Both projects were completed on time and within or under budget.

The Advice and Guidance centre saw one of the first Volume meeting pods from Orangebox being installed in the UK and also one of the first installations of the Plug and Play Sense furniture range from Herman Miller.
