Broadland Housing Association are one of the largest providers of affordable housing in Norfolk and Suffolk with over 4000 homes in Norfolk and Suffolk.

We were approached to design and build a new training and offices facility for their specialist employment and training support services subsidiary, Meridian East. The offices were contained within the former indoor market on St Benedict's Street.

A complete design and build solution was provided from a comprehensive clearance inside, refurbishment throughout and the installation of a custom-made folding operable wall. Our challenge was to create a contemporary working environment within the space and provide combined multiple training spaces and workstations for potentially over 30 people.

Furniture from Herman Miller, Orangebox and Storagewall from Frem were utilised to provide a comfortable, contemporary office environment. A specially designed and hand-crafted counter was installed in reception alongside bespoke storage and accommodation for a Plasma information screen.
